    Senator Kirkendoll moved to amend the bill on page five, section one, subsection (c), subdivision (4), line eighteen, after the word “arbitration”, by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso:

    Provided, however, that if the certified person terminates his or her employment or voluntarily removes himself or herself from the grievance or arbitration procedure, the certified person may be immediately, temporarily decertified pursuant to this article.
